tbsp oil

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp dark soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

tbsp sesame seed

bunch scallion

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp red chili flakes

tsp brown sugar
Instructions
1: Cook noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2: Scramble the eggs and set aside. 3: Mix all ingredients for the sauce and keep aside. 4: Heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic. 5: Add chosen protein (chicken, eggs, tofu, paneer). 6: Add boiled noodles to the pan.
